As a variation of the Nightingale and the Lady Bird, Willem created a male version: The Motor Bird. The same bird, but with a different model. Mounted on the bird's back is a 50 cc Honda moped 2-stroke cylinder. The goggles are for the headwind. Thus, Willem Lenssinck's sculptures always incorporate a touch of humor.
